Working Group 4

(Use Case Demonstration)

Based on the results of the “Collection and prioritisation of value-adding digitalisation use cases” activity in WG0, we run regular use case “deep dive” workshops in order to allow the priority use cases to be worked on by all task participants. The goal of these deep dives is to quantify the value of digitalisation in solving the key frustrations (or pain points) related to each activity (or use case, e.g. how much can the efficiency be improved or costs reduced?

Collection and prioritisation of value-adding digitalisation use cases

We collect and collate the needs from the industry via interviews, survey and research, and define and prioritise value-creating use cases based on the results. This will be done based on our “use case reference list”.

Digital Twins as Decision Support Tools

Utilising digital twins as decision support tools.

Other use cases

We are continually updating and choosing new use cases to work on.
